To recognize graduate students in the Department of Biology pursuing professional development opportunities including, but not limited to, conferences and presentations in Botany, in particular plant morphology and development, systematics, and ecology.

This award is open to graduate students in the Department of Biology who are conducting research in Botany with preference to those studying plant morphology and development, systematics and ecology
