Awarded annually to an undergraduate international student, who is proceeding from one year to another, and has been involved in student life. Recipients are selected by members of the International Student Services Office.

Requirements for Carleton University Marie Odette Gabrielle Clay Memorial Award Qualification
- You must be an international student, who is required to have a valid Study Permit for Canada.
- You must be registered as a full-time student at Carleton University and be successfully proceeding from one year to another in any program of study.
- You must be in good academic standing, as evidenced through the submission of an up-to-date transcript.
