- Applicant must be a medical or graduate student.
- This award is program specific.
- This award is faculty specific.
- This award is plan specific.
- Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
- Applicant must be enrolled.
- Applicant must be an Ontario resident.
- Applicant must be a current student.
- Applicant must be general bursary eligible.
- This award requires an approved elective in a CARICOM country.
- International students are ineligible for this award.
- Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid.
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
