The Donald G. McNabb Scholarship was established in 1989 in memory of Donald G. McNabb (Class of '42) by friends, family and business associates. The scholarship is designed to award undergraduate students enrolled in Level 3 of an Honours program in Chemistry or Chemical Biology who attain high averages and demonstrate leadership, self-motivation, and practical aptitude appropriate for a future in the chemical industry

Requirements for McMaster University McNabb Donald Scholarship Qualification
- Applicants pursuing their second degree are ineligible for this award.
- Applicant must be an academic level 3.
- Applicant must be an undergraduate student.
- Applicant must be pursuing an Honours Co-op or Honours program.
- This award is specific to students in a program in Chemistry or Chemical Biology.
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time.
- Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
- Applicant must be enrolled.
- Applicant must be a current student.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 18 sessional graded units
- Applicants must have a minimum 9.5 sessional average.
- Applicant must be eligible for in-course awards (Graduating students are not eligible).
