Two scholarships to be awarded annually to provide financial assistance to medical students who are in good academic standing and are completing an approved elective, educational or research project in the field of breast cancer at the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre.

Requirements for McMaster University Scotiabank Breast Cancer Scholarship Qualification
- Applicant must be a graduate or medical student.
- This award is program specific.
- This award is faculty specific.
- This award is plan specific.
- Applicant must be completing an approved elective, educational or research project in the field of breast cancer.
- Approved elective, educational or research project in the field of breast cancer must be completed at the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre.
- Applicant must comply with the bursary regulations noted in the current University Calendar.
- Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
- Applicant must be enrolled.
- Applicant must be an Ontario resident.
- Applicant must be a current student.
- International students are ineligible for this award.
- Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid.
- Applicant must have financial need.
