This scholarship is awarded to continuing education students who have completed the Mediation and Conflict Resolution Extension Certificate and submitted a Continuing Education application to graduate.

Aim and Benefits of Mount Royal University Peaceful Communities Award

$1,000 will be given to two(2) recipients who meets the stipulated criteria


Requirements for Mount Royal University Peaceful Communities Award Qualification

  1. Demonstrate outstanding competency and skills in negotiation/mediation.
  2. Demonstrate use of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles in the community.
  3. Preference will be given to a graduate who is an active member of CMCS.
  4. Student must be a resident of Alberta.
