An award created in 2024 by TMU alumnus Fernando Lozano (Architecture, 2003) to support architectural science students who demonstrate leadership. Fernando Lozano has led GKC Architecture & Design as CEO & Managing Principal since 2020. In that time, Fernando has grown the firm to more than double its size, added an interior design group, and opened a new office in Toronto to supplement the Montreal office. While doing so, he generously shares his technical knowledge and management abilities with his team, as well as with the next generation of professionals. This award furthers the commitment of GKC Architecture & Design to support TMU students who embody the values of leadership on campus.
