To provide financial assistance and to recognize the academic achievement of a full-time student enrolled in the School of Occupational and Public Health program finishing the second year in the 4 year Public Health and Safety option. Eligible students will have demonstrated academic achievement and have shown professional promise.

The Toronto Metropolitan University John (Jack) Park Memorial Award 2024 winner will be given $5,006.74
Requirements for Toronto Metropolitan University John (Jack) Park Memorial Award Qualification
Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups
OR
- Applicant must be enrolled in the Public Health and Safety option.
- Applicant must have clear academic standing.
- Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person.
- Applicant must be a resident of Ontario.
- Applicant must be currently enrolled in the 3rd year of the 4 year Public Health program
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by Toronto Metropolitan University.
- Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time.
- Applicant must be registered with Academic Accommodation Support.
- Applicant must be enrolled in the Public Health and Safety option.
- Applicant must have clear academic standing.
- Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person.
- Applicant must be a resident of Ontario.
- Applicant must be currently enrolled in the 3rd year of the 4 year Public Health program
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by Toronto Metropolitan University.
- Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time in a reduced course load.
- Applicant must have an approved accommodation for a reduced course load.
