Awarded annually, the purpose of the award is to assist senior undergraduate students with satisfactory academic standing attending the U of A and entered in a degree program involving northern studies and research or study leading to a northern specialization. This scholarship is endowed by the International Winter Cities Committee (Edmonton Branch).
