The purpose of this scholarship for admission to a master's or doctoral program in law is to recruit the best candidates interested in the study of business law in all its facets, including issues related to new technologies, innovation and intellectual property.

1 scholarship of variable amount (Scholarship of an amount ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.)
Requirements
- Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have recognition of this status according to Aide financière aux études;
- If you are enrolled part-time (6 to 11 credits), individuals recognized as parent students under the terms of Université Laval's Student Parent Policy may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Office of the Registrar by sending it to the address: [email protected] . Allow 7 business days for this document to be obtained;
- Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in business law, including (but not limited to) issues related to new technologies, innovation and intellectual property;
- Excellent academic record.

The application file must include the following documents:
- A letter of no more than two pages on the research topic, its interest and the schedule of the work;
- A list of funding sources already secured in the last school year;
- The final transcript at the graduation of the previous level of study, depending on whether the person is enrolled in a master's or doctoral program;
- An up-to-date curriculum vitae.
