Scholarship intended for the writing or recruitment of a high-level student in the master's program in law, essay or dissertation component, or in the doctoral program in law whose field of research is related to one of the sectors falling within the mission of the CNESST, namely labor standards, occupational health and safety or pay equity.

Aim and Benefits of University of Laval Cnesst Scholarship in Labor Law and/or Occupational Health and Safety Law
1 scholarship of $2,500 will be awarded to the most qualified recipient
Requirements for University of Laval Cnesst Scholarship in Labor Law and/or Occupational Health and Safety Law Qualification
- Be newly admitted in the winter or fall of 2024 to a master's program in law, essay or dissertation component, or a doctorate in law at the Faculty, whose research topic is related to labor standards, occupational health and safety or pay equity; OR
- Be in the process of writing the essay, dissertation or thesis as long as the research subject is related to labor standards, occupational health and safety or even pay equity;
- If during the writing phase, you must have presented and passed your dissertation presentation workshop or your prospective exam (for the doctorate);
- Be registered full-time at the time of receiving the scholarship;
- Have an excellent academic record
- Receive support from your research director.

- The quality and relevance of the research project in relation to the scholarship;
