Special criteria also apply:
- At the time of submitting the application file:
- Have a program college performance rating (R rating) of 24 and above
- Be a member of a recognized sports organization (be a high-performance student-athlete)
Documents Required for Application
- Complete the online form.
- Attach a transcript of your college diploma (PDF format).
- Attach a certificate of your sporting involvement signed by a person who trains you, teaches you or supervises you
