The Mary Ellen MacDonald Memorial Award was established in 1941 from the will of Ms. Mary Ellen MacDonald, of New York City, and formerly of Pisquid, PEI. This scholarship is to be awarded to a student entering senior year at university, and who has during the previous years of university, given evidence of outstanding academic achievement and student leadership in the university community.
