The David Edney Master's Scholarship is open to full-time students at the University of Saskatchewan who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents and who are pursuing a Masters degree in the humanities or fine arts related to the study of Indigenous culture in North America, or any other culture outside of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
