The scholarship is awarded to a full-time student undertaking graduate or post-doctoral studies and research in the Biology Department, University of Saskatchewan, on the basis of academic qualifications, related experience, and personal interests
The University of Saskatchewan (U of S, or USask) is a Canadian public research university, founded on March 19, 1907, and located on the east side of the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The recipient must be a citizen of Canada or of Spain and must either be registered at the University of Saskatchewan or be registered at a Spanish University, but working on a temporary basis at the University of Saskatchewan. The award cannot be made to a citizen of the same country for more than three consecutive years and can only be made to the same recipient for a maximum of three years, subject to annual review by the designated selection committee.

Copies of transcripts from universities other than the U of S
The names and contact information of 2 referees (not including the supervisor).
